  • 18 REESE'S Snack Size Peanut Butter Cups
  • 36 flat cookies (2 to 2-1/2 inch) , purchased or homemade
  • 4 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream softened

Directions

  • 1. Remove wrappers from peanut butter cups. For each sandwich cookie, place one peanut butter cup on flat side of one cookie; place on paper towel.
  • 2. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 10 to 15 seconds. Top peanut butter cup with 1/4 cup ice cream. Gently press second cookie on ice cream. Serve immediately. Makes 18 sandwich cookies.
  • For smaller sandwich cookies, use REESE'S Peanut Butter Cups Miniatures and 2-inch cookies.
