1. Remove wrappers from peanut butter cups. Cut each peanut butter cup into 8 pieces; set aside.
2. Combine cream cheese, marshmallow crème, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in medium bowl; beat until blended. Stir in peanut butter cup pieces. Gently fold in chocolate spread, leaving swirls of chocolate throughout. Serve with crackers. Cover; refrigerate leftovers. Makes 4 cups.
