INVEST IN A GOOD COOKIE SCOOP

With a quality scoop, you don't have to worry about getting every ball of dough to be the same size. Best of all, the dough slides right out.

PICTURE PERFECT

When baking chocolate chip cookies, press a few chocolate chips onto the outside of the dough after the balls are on the baking sheet. They'll come out looking like cover-worthy cookies.

ALWAYS USE PARCHMENT PAPER

Everything bakes more evenly—and it makes the cleanup a breeze.

TIMESAVER

You can also mix, color and prepare royal icing bags weeks before you sit down to decorate cookies.

MIX IT UP

When baking several batches of cookies, do all the mixing at once—and do all the baking on another day.

PRE-FREEZE

Freeze cut-out cookies for 10 minutes before baking. They'll keep their shape better during baking and also rise slightly higher.

NICE AND CHEWY

To keep cookies soft and chewy, store them in a tightly sealed container right before they are completely cooled.

KEEP IT FRESH

Add a piece of bread to your bag or box of cookies to keep them fresh and moist. It works every time!

ENHANCE THE FLAVOR
