1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Add flour and almond extract; blend well. Stir in small chocolate chips; pat into prepared pan.
3. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; cut into bars or triangles. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Makes 24 bars.
