1. Place a layer of crushed pineapple topped with a layer of banana slices in ice cream sundae dish.
2. Spoon softened ice cream onto the fruit. Using the back of a spoon, make hole in center of the ice cream.
3. Pour hot fudge topping into the center of the ice cream. Garnish with fruit pieces and decorative umbrella swizzle stick, if desired. 1 serving.
