1. Place semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and shortening in medium microwave-safe bowl.
2. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until chips are melted; stir until smooth. Reserve 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the peanuts for garnish; stir remaining peanuts into chocolate mixture.
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls into 1-inch (2.5 cm) diameter candy papers; top each candy with a reserved peanut.
4. Refrigerate, uncovered, until chocolate is set, about 1 hour. Store in airtight container in cool, dry place.
Makes about 3 dozen candies.
