Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 1/3 cup REESE'S Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2-1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to rolling boil; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat.

Immediately add oats, peanut butter, peanuts and vanilla; stir to mix well. Quickly drop mixture by heaping teaspoons onto wax paper or foil. Cool completely. Store in cool, dry place. About 4 dozen.

    My absolute favorite recipe, might say new on this site, but I have been making them since I was a teenager. No bake and the oatmeal is good for your digestion!
