Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon powdered instant coffee
  • Sugar substitute with sweetening equivalence of 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • Additional ice

Directions

  • 1. Place water, half and half, cocoa, instant coffee, sugar substitute and vanilla in blender container; cover and blend on low speed.
  • 2. Add ice; cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately over ice. 1-1/3 cups mocha. About two 8 oz. servings with ice.
