1. Slice piece off bottom of pears to make a flat base. Peel pears and core from bottom but leave stems intact.
2. Combine juice with vanilla in large saucepan; add pears, base side down. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer, spooning juice over pears occasionally, 20 to 25 minutes or until pears are tender.
3. Remove wrappers from chocolates; break into smaller pieces. Place chocolate pieces in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 30 seconds; stir. If necessary, microwave an additional 10 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chocolate is melted when stirred.
4. Place pears on individual serving plates; drizzle with melted chocolate. Serve immediately. 6 servings.
