HERSHEY'S Chocolate Chip Cookies made with Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
  • 1/3 cup sucralose-granulated sugar blend
  • 1/3 cup sucralose-brown sugar blend
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/3 cups (8-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY'S Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  • 1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  • 2. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Beat butter, granulated sugar blend, brown sugar blend and vanilla in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 3. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 54 cookies.

    Good texture, a little dry, but I'm not sure anyone would know these are low sugar cookies
    Made these fro my husband, he loved them! I bake choco chip cookies all the time and I couldn't tell they were sugar free! I used a salt substitute and also made my brown sugar with sugar free syrup was delicious
    I used Splenda for this recipe for a friend. They are a diabetic. They really did like them.
    This recipe is really good espicially for its goodness as a sugarfree cookie.
