I see people saying that the cookies lose their "shape," no cookie will ever be perfectly spherical when you make them homemade. Yes cookies will spread out, but that's why they're so good. They're supposed to be unique. A suggestion of mine is to use pure butter sticks and let them sit out at least an hour prior to use, do not melt them. Make sure all ingredients are completely blended before adding the next. As a culinary student and winner of many baking competitions, I have perfected my recipe to my liking. There's tons of tips and tricks out on the internet. Great recipe and love using Hershey chocolate chips! Cheers.
tasted okay but did not hold their shape while cooking. Turned into one big melted together mess. You can only put , at the most, 6 cookies on a cookie sheet because they run together. This recipes does not work. Too much fat.
My family of four boys has loved these cookies for over 30 years. Wonderful memories of warm cookies and milk and hungry little boys coming in to sit by our fireplace and spend precious moments never forgotten come to mind. Thank you Hershey Chocolate Chips.
