  • 1-1/3 cups HEATH BITS 'O BRICKLE Toffee Bits
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
  • 2. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in toffee bits.
  • 3. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 48 cookies.

    I just made these cookies and followed the recipe to the letter ..They came out awful...They spread all over the cookie sheet and were hard to get off...I am a baker and bake constantly but this recipe is not for me...Will not make them again.

    These cookies are so easy to make and so delicious! If you like soft and chewy cookies, these are the ones to make. They taste so good, bet you won't be able to eat just one....
    My family loves these soft and tender cookies. They come out perfect every time and I always receive recipe requests.
    I use this recipe all the time. If I show up for a family event and do not bring these cookies I am in trouble. They are a hit with all ages.
