2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY'S Premier White Chips
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
2. Beat eggs in large bowl until foamy; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in butter and vanilla extract. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture, blending thoroughly. Stir in white chips. Spread batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. About 24 brownies.
Delicious! Unlike what I do for many recipes, I found that NOT cutting the sugar a little is a good idea and that they can stay in the oven for longer than the recipe suggests. Mine were in for around 32 minutes at 350F but could have baked even longer without causing any harm to them.

I originally made these for a friend just as an everyday gift and after trying them for myself (i always do to make sure its good) I wasn't really satisfied. My family however liked them a lot. Ill try again to see if it was just that batch
