Tuxedo Brownie HUGS Cookies
Somewhere between a brownie and a chocolate cookie, you'll find these tuxedo brownies. They look like a classic blossom cookie with a HERSHEY'S Hug Candy on top, but these cookies are extra cakey, like your favorite brownie!
Ingredients
- 48 HERSHEY'S HUGS Brand Candies
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 package original supreme brownie mix with HERSHEY'S Syrup pouch (18.4 oz.)
- 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
Directions
- 1. Remove wrappers from candies. Heat oven to 350° F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or grease and flour.
- 2. Stir brownie mix, syrup pouch, cocoa, water, oil and egg in medium bowl until well blended. Drop by scant teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet.
- 3. Bake 8 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute. Press candy into center of each cookie. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 48 cookies.
