  • 1-1/3 cups YORK Mini Peppermint Patties (8-oz. pkg.)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • 1. Place peppermint patties and heavy cream in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at MEDIUM an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until patties are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
  • 2. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla. Serve warm topping over ice cream and desserts. Cover; refrigerate leftovers. About 1 cup topping.
