  • 1 envelope dry whipped topping mix (1.3 oz.)
  • 1/2 cup lowfat 2% milk cold
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa
  • 10 tablespoons peaches chopped
  • Peach slices (optional)
  • 5 tablespoons vanilla wafer crumbs (about 10 wafers, crushed)

Directions

  • 1. Combine whipped topping mix, milk and vanilla in small bowl; beat until stiff. Stir together sugar and cocoa; gradually add to whipped topping, beating until smooth.
  • 2. Spoon mousse into 1/3 cup measure; place half of this amount into bottom of parfait or wine glass. Layer 2 tablespoons peaches, then 1 tablespoon vanilla wafer crumbs over mousse. Top with remaining mousse in 1/3 cup measure. Repeat procedure for remaining glasses.
  • 3. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with peach slice, if desired. 5 servings.
