  • 1 jar raspberry jam (10 to 12 oz.)
  • 1-3/4 cups HERSHEY'S MINI KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates (10-oz. pkg.)
  • 1/2 cup nuts chopped (optional)
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup cold butter or margarine (1-1/2 sticks)

Directions

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  • 2. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar and baking powder in large bowl. Cut butter into flour mixture using pastry blender or two knives until crumbly. Remove 2 cups crumb mixture; set aside.
  • 3. Press remaining crumb mixture onto bottom of prepared pan. Spread with preserves. Sprinkle chocolate pieces evenly over preserves. Cover with reserved crumbs. Sprinkle nuts over top, if desired; press firmly.
  • 4. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes about 24 bars.
