  • 1 package cook & serve vanilla pudding & pie filling (about 3 oz.)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 2 cups milk (use whole milk or 2% lowfat milk)
  • Red food color
  • 1-1/4 cups frozen non-dairy whipped topping , thawed

Directions

  • 1. Stir pudding mix, sugar and cocoa in medium saucepan. Stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil. Remove from heat.
  • 2. Pour into medium bowl. Place plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding. Cool.
  • 3. Stir several drops food color into whipped topping in small bowl. Alternately layer pudding and whipped topping into parfait or wine glasses, beginning and ending with pudding. Garnish with small dollop whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving time. 6 servings.
