HERSHEY'S Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chocolate chip cookies get even better when you add a package of mint chocolate chips to the dough! Bake a batch for the family in just 15 minutes.

  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine (1-1/2 sticks) , softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2/3 cups HERSHEY'S Mint Chocolate Chips (10-oz. pkg.)

Directions

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in mint chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or just until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 36 cookies.
