  • 1 cup whipping cream (1/2 pt.)
  • 1-2/3 cups HERSHEY'S Mint Chocolate Chips (10-oz. pkg.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cream, cake or other desserts

Directions

  • 1. Combine mint chocolate chips and whipping cream in small saucepan. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Serve warm sauce over ice cream or desserts. About 2 cups sauce.
  • MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Place mint chocolate chips and whipping cream in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary microwave at MEDIUM an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Stir in vanilla; serve as directed.
