Ingredients

36 HERSHEY'S KISSES Brand GOLD Caramelized Crème with Pretzels
6 tablespoons butter or margarine , softened
1/2 cupgranulated sugar
1/2 cuppacked light brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1 cupall-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
1/4 teaspoonsalt
1-1/4 cupsrolled oats
1/2 cupcoarsely chopped pretzel pieces
1/2 cupchopped lightly salted peanuts (optional)

Directions

  • 1. Heat oven to 375° F. Remove wrappers from candies; set aside.
  • 2. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add egg and vanilla; blend thoroughly. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually beat into butter mixture. Stir in oats, pretzels and peanuts, if desired.Roll dough into 36 equal (about 1 inch) balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • 3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven to wire rack. Cool 2 minutes; place candy piece in center of each cookie, pressing down lightly. Carefully remove cookies to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes 36 cookies.
