  • 2 cups REESE'S Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-1/3 cups REESE'S MINI PIECES Candy (10-oz. pkg.)
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar for rolling additional

Directions

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  • 2. Beat peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, baking soda and salt in large mixing bowl. Add eggs; beat well. Stir in candies. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in granulated sugar. Place balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with tines of fork making a criss-cross pattern.
  • 3. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until firm around the edges. Cool 2 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
