  • 1-1/3 cups HERSHEY'S Premier EXTRA DARK Chocolate Chips (8-oz. pkg.)
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions

  • 1. Combine chocolate chips and whipping cream in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred.
  • 2. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Stir together cocoa and powdered sugar in small bowl. Roll chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in cocoa and powdered sugar mixture.* Cover; store in refrigerator. About 2-1/2 dozen truffles.
  • *Truffles may also be rolled in all cocoa or all powdered sugar.
