  • 3/4 cup butter or margarine (1-1/2 sticks) , softened
  • 1 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup sugar granulated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats , uncooked
  • 1-1/3 cups Mini REESE'S Pieces (10-oz. pkg.)

Directions

  • 1. Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  • 2. Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg and vanilla in large bowl on medium speed of mixer until fluffy. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; add alternately with milk to butter mixture. Stir in oats and candy pieces. Drop by teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheet.
  • 3. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
