  • 1-2/3 cups HERSHEY'S Raspberry Chips (10-oz. pkg.)
  • 3/4 cup light cream
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  • In small saucepan, combine raspberry chips, light cream and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve over ice cream or cake. About 1-3/4 cups sauce.
  • VARIATION: For 1-1/3 cups sauce, reduce raspberry chips to 1 cup and cream to 1/2 cup. Prepare as directed.
