  • (hdr) (hdr) CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST (recipe follows)
  • 1 package cream cheese (3 oz.) , softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tub frozen non-dairy whipped topping (8 oz.) , thawed

Directions

  • 1. Prepare CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST; reserve 1/4 cup crumbs. Press remaining crumbs onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
  • 2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in medium bowl until well blended. Add cocoa alternately with milk, beating until smooth. Gradually fold in whipped topping until well combined. Spoon mixture over crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs over top.
  • 3. Cover; refrigerate 6 to 8 hours or until set. Cut into squares. Makes 9 servings.
  • CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST: Stir together 1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine in medium bowl.
