  • 1-1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
  • 1-1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup or honey
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup REESE'S Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine (1/2 stick)
  • 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  • Butter 9-inch square pan. In large bowl, stir together oats, cereal, raisins and marshmallows; set aside. In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine corn syrup, brown sugar and salt. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil. Stir in peanut butter and butter until smooth; remove from heat. Stir in cocoa and vanilla until well blended. Pour over cereal mixture; blend well. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan. Cool completely in pan. Cut into bars. Makes 16 bars.
