  • 4 cups apples sliced
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine , softened
  • 1 cup HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Whipped topping

Directions

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9-inch square pan. Place apple slices in bottom of prepared pan. Stir together brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, butter and chocolate chips; sprinkle mixture over apples. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender. Garnish with fresh apple slices, if desired. Serve warm with whipped topping. 9 servings.
