  • 2 (16.5 oz.) prepared refrigerated sugar cookie dough packages
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour , divided
  • 1 (4-serving size) JOLLY RANCHER Cherry Gelatin package , divided

Directions

  • 1. Open one package of sugar cookie dough onto a working surface; sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour over dough and work it into dough until no longer visible.
  • 2. Place dough on a sheet of wax paper and sprinkle 2 tablespoons JOLLY RANCHER Cherry Gelatin over dough. Knead gelatin into dough. Form a 12-inch log; sprinkle 2 teaspoons of gelatin over log and roll to cover surface.
  • 3. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes. Repeat the same process with remaining package of dough.
  • 4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line four baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • 5. Cut dough into 1/2-inch disks. Place cookies 2 inches apart. Bake 12 to 14 minutes. Cool 3 minutes. Transfer cookies to wire cooling rack and cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Makes 48 cookies.
