  • 24 HERSHEY'S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolates
  • 1-1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries, sweetened dried cranberries or dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup chilled whipping cream (1/2 pt.)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for rolling
  • Powdered sugar (optional)

Directions

  • 1. Heat oven to 375°F. Remove wrappers from chocolates.
  • 2. Stir together flour, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Stir in dried fruit and nuts. Stir whipping cream into flour mixture, stirring just until ingredients are moistened.
  • 3. Turn mixture out onto lightly floured surface. Knead gently until soft dough forms (about 2 minutes). Divide dough into 24 equal balls. Gently press each ball around one chocolate piece, covering completely. Roll balls in granulated sugar; place on ungreased cookie sheet about two inches apart.
  • 4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until set and just starting to brown. Serve warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar, if desired. 24 biscuits.
