- Layer your fresh-baked chocolate cake with a light and creamy mocha frosting. Cake, frosting, cake, frosting.
- Top with chocolate shavings to your liking. To make the shavings, spread chocolate ganache on the back of a sheet pan and freeze. Then, take a pastry scraper and slide it along the sheet pan with some pressure. The ganache will curl as you go.
