Mini Easter Egg Pinatas

These miniature Easter egg pinatas are a great way to store that extra candy in style. Plus, they make for a fun Easter morning activity guaranteed to keep the kids busy during brunch. Just remember to start making them at least one day in advance.

Mini Easter Egg Pinatas

Directions

  1. Inflate balloons, tie closed, and tie a short ribbon to each.
  2. Combine flour and water in a bowl. Place half the newspaper pieces in the flour-water mixture until thoroughly soaked.
  3. Cover each balloon with a layer of soaked newspaper.
  4. Hang the balloons up from the ribbons until the newspaper layer is dry. While they dry, soak the remaining newspaper pieces then repeat this stage before letting them dry overnight.
  5. Deflate and remove the balloon from the pinata.
  6. Cut the crepe paper into strips. Cut a fringe on the bottom of each crepe paper strip.
  7. Use the glue to attach the crepe paper strips around each pinata, layering the strips over each other to completely cover the newspaper.
  8. Once the glue is dry, fill each mini pinata with KISSES Chocolates using the opening left by the balloon.

TWIZZLERS Daisy Flowers

Here's a fun new twist on the spring flowers Easter candy craft. Add some TWIZZLERS Rainbow Twists to the mix for a bright and vibrant Easter bouquet.

TWIZZLERS Daisy Flowers

Directions

  1. Feed a length of wire into the center of three TWIZZLERS Rainbow Twist candies, leaving about 2 inches of extra wire sticking out on one end.
  2. Bend the wired TWIZZLERS Rainbow Twist candies into loops, making two loops out of each length of TWIZZLERS until you have formed six loops on the same wire strand.
  3. Taking the extra 2 inches of wire, twist it around the longer section of wire to hold the flower petal shape together. Repeat the steps above to create the next four flowers, choosing different colors of TWIZZLERS Rainbow Twists.
  4. Wrap each wire flower stem in floral tape, continuing down the full length of the wire. If desired, cut out leaves from the green construction paper and glue to the wrapped flower stems.
  5. Use the hole punch to create five 1.5-inch circles out of green construction paper. Place a dot of glue on the center of each punched circle and affix to the center of the flower petal.
  6. Spread glue on the bottom of one HERSHEY'S KISSES Milk Chocolate and press it to the center of the green circle.
  7. Place completed flowers in a clear vase and fill bottom of case with an assortment of KISSES Chocolates.

Completed craft is for decorative purpose only, and candy should not be eaten.
