Triple Layer Chocolate Bars Recipe

|1 1/2 cups||graham cracker crumbs (375 mL)|
|1/2 cup||HERSHEY'S Cocoa, divided (125 mL)|
|1/4 cup||granulated sugar (50 mL)|
|1/2 cup||butter or margarine, melted (125 mL)|
|1 can||sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) (300 mL)|
|1/4 cup||all-purpose flour (50 mL)|
|1 tsp||vanilla (5 mL)|
|1/2 tsp||baking powder (2 mL)|
|3/4 cup||chopped nuts (175 mL)|
|2 cups||CHIPITS Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (350 g)|
- 1. Heat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the cocoa. Stir in melted butter, blending well. Press mixture firmly on bottom of ungreased 13 x 9-inch (33 x 23 cm) baking pan.
3. In medium bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, egg, vanilla, flour, baking powder and remaining 1/4 cup (50 mL) cocoa. Stir in nuts. Spread evenly over prepared crust. Sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips over top.
4. Bake 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
Makes 24 to 36 bars.
