Reduced-Sugar Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe

|1/4 cup||sugar (50 mL)|
|1/8 tsp||salt (0.5 mL)|
|2 tbsp||skim milk (30 mL)|
|1/3 cup||CHIPITS Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (75 mL)|
|1 cup||all-purpose flour (250 mL)|
|3 tbsp||HERSHEY'S Cocoa (45 mL)|
|1/2 tsp||baking soda (2 mL)|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract (5 mL)||granulated sugar substitute to equal 1/2 cup (125 mL) sugar|
|1/2 cup||butter or margarine (125 mL)|
- 1. Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Beat butter, sugar and sugar substitute in medium bowl until well blended. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add alternately with milk to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in mini chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or just until set. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
Makes 36 cookies.
