Fudgy Chocolate Fondue Recipe

|1/2 cup||butter or margarine (125 mL)|
|1/2 cup||HERSHEY'S Cocoa (125 mL)|
|3/4 cup||granulated sugar (175 mL)|
|1/2 cup||evaporated milk or light cream (5%) (125 mL)|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract (5 mL)||Assorted fondue dippers: pound cake, marshmallows, cherries, grapes, mandarin orange segments, pineapple chunks, strawberries etc.|
- 1. Melt butter in a small saucepan set over low heat. Remove from heat; immediately stir in cocoa. Add sugar and evaporated milk.
2. Return saucepan to low heat; cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and heated through. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Fondue will thicken slightly as it cools. Serve warm with assorted fondue dippers.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups (375 mL).
