Chocolate Lover's Fondue Recipe

|2 cups||CHIPITS Dark Chocolate Chips or CHIPITS Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (500 mL)|
|3/4 cup||light cream (5%) or half & half cream (10%) (175 mL)|
|1/2 cup||granulated sugar (125 mL)||Assorted fondue dippers: pound cake, marshmallows, cherries, grapes, mandarin orange segments, pineapple chunks, strawberries etc.|
- 1. Combine chocolate chips, light cream and sugar in a medium-heavy saucepan set over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate chips are melted and mixture is heated through.
2. Pour chocolate mixture into a fondue or chafing dish; serve with assorted fondue dippers.
Makes about 2 cups (500 mL)
