CHIPITS Milk Chocolate Chunk Cookies Recipe

|1 cup (2 sticks)||butter or margarine, softened (250 mL)|
|1 cup||granulated sugar (250 mL)|
|1/2 cup||light brown sugar, packed (125 mL)|
|2 tsp||vanilla extract (10 mL)|
|2-2/3 cups||all-purpose flour (650 mL)|
|3/4 tsp||baking soda (4 mL)|
|1/4 tsp||salt (1 mL)|
|1-2/3 cups||HERSHEY'S CHIPITS INSPIRATIONS Creamy Milk Chocolate Chunks (250 g)|
|1/2 cup||coarsely chopped walnuts (125 mL)|
- 1. Heat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Stir together all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt; add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in chocolate chunks and chopped walnuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or just until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
