CHIPITS COOKIES ‘N’ CREME Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand® Regular or Low Fat Sweetened Condensed Milk (300 mL)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract (30 mL)
  • 2 cups whipping cream, whipped (DO NOT use non-dairy whipped topping) (500 mL)
  • 1 cup HERSHEY’S CHIPITS COOKIES ‘N’ CREME Baking Chips (250 mL)

Directions

    1. Combine sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream. Fold in baking chips.

    2. Pour into 9 x 5" (2 L) loaf pan or other container; cover. Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.

    Makes 4 cups (1 L) of ice cream.
