BROOKSIDE Signature Trail Mix Recipe


SKILL LEVEL : Beginner


  • 1/2 cup cashews (125 mL)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries (125 mL)
  • 1/4 cup whole almonds (50 mL)
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts (50 mL)
  • 1/2 cup BROOKSIDE Dark Chocolate Acai and Blueberry Flavours, BROOKSIDE Dark Chocolate Goji and Raspberry Flavours, BROOKSIDE Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Flavour or BROOKSIDE Dark Chocolate Mango and Mangosteen Flavours (125 mL)


    Stir together cashews, cranberries, almonds and peanuts. Stir in candy pieces. Makes 2 cups (500 mL) snack mix.*

    * Recipe can be multiplied and amounts of individual ingredients increased or decreased for personal preference.
