The Hershey Solutions Retailer Rewards Program Dashboard has been created to provide you with “anytime, anywhere access” to your Hershey Retailer Rewards Program performance, giving you key insights that empower you to make confident business and purchasing decisions and drive your profits on Hershey products.

Your personalized Dashboard allows you to see at-a-glance your Hershey revenue totals, your earned rebate dollars and additional opportunity gaps to maximize on Hershey’s investment in your business. From top-level insights down to item-level details, you can get specific actions needed, filtered by chain or by store.

Only those retailers currently enrolled in the Hershey Retailer Rewards Program can register for Dashboard account access. For more information about enrolling in the Hershey Retailer Rewards Program, visit the Rewards Programs page.

To register click on the SIGN IN button at the top right corner of the site, and select “Not enrolled? Sign up now.” Complete and submit the Registration Form, and you will be contacted shortly with next steps.

To reset your password, click on the SIGN IN button at the top right corner of the site, and then click on “Forgot username/password.” From there, you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. Click on “RESET PASSWORD” to submit your request. If your email address matches with an existing account, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

If your account registration has been rejected and you feel this is in error, you can contact Customer Support at hersheysolutions@hersheys.com

To change your contact information, log into your Dashboard and click on “Your Account” in the blue left-hand navigation menu. There, you will be able to update your personal contact information as well as to change your password.

If you wish to close your Dashboard account, you must contact Customer Support at hersheysolutions@hersheys.com

If access to your account is locked, you will need to contact Customer Support at hersheysolutions@hersheys.com for additional assistance.

 

Retailer Rewards Program performance data is typically refreshed weekly. You can always find the “Data current as of” timestamp at the top of all Dashboard performance data pages.

Once signed into your Dashboard, you can select the rewards program you want to view data for by using the dropdown at the top of the blue left-hand navigation menu. On a mobile device, click the blue “MENU” button to find the dropdown for program options.

Yes! You can download all of your program options and store-specific data in CSV or PDF format using the “DOWNLOAD REPORT” buttons found throughout the Dashboard.

Total eligible dollars are year-to-date purchases of rebate-eligible Hershey products. This information is provided by your distributor to MSA, and is securely transmitted to Hershey Solutions.

Earned rebate dollars represents the latest calculated value of rebate earnings based on program elements you have enrolled for and achieved. This value will increase as you achieve more program elements.

Additional rebate dollars are potential rebate earnings based on programs elements that have yet to be achieved. As you achieve more program elements you have enrolled for, additional rebate dollars will translate to additional earned rebate dollars.

Your maximum rebate percentage is based on program elements that you enrolled for. The more program elements you sign up for and achieve, the higher the rebate percentage you can earn.

Compliance Ordering allows users the ability to place orders for product to meet their specific level requirements of their Retailer Rewards program.

Yes. To register, click on the SIGN IN button at the top right corner of the site, and select "Not enrolled? Sign up now." Complete and submit the Registration Form, and you will be contacted shortly with next steps. If you are already registered, then click on the SIGN IN button at the top right corner of the site to sign in. 

Once signed in to your Dashboard, you can select the rewards program you want to view by using the dropdown at the top of the blue left-hand navigation menu. Select Your Stores on the left navigation. Select an individual store by selecting View Details for the individual store. Click on the + sign to open any compliance item from the list. Finally, select Add All Checked To Cart to add selected items to the shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. 

Once signed into your Dashboard, you can select the rewards program you want to view by using the dropdown at the top of the blue left-hand navigation menu. Finally, select Add All Checked To Cart to add selected items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

You can make changes up until you submit order from Shopping cart, and you can order up to nine of each compliance product.

No, this page is a summary of your order. No updates can be made once your order is submitted.

Pre-order detail can be downloaded from the Order page as a PDF or CSV file. Recent or historical order details can be downloaded from the Order Detail page as a PDF or CSV file.

An Order conformation page will display after submitting your order or you can also confirm via a confirmation email that is sent to the email address on file. Lastly, you can go to your Recent Order History to view recently submitted order details.

Once signed into your Dashboard, you can select the Recent Order Activity selection from the side-menu on the left.

Items will be saved in your shopping cart. Once signed back in, you will be taken back to shopping cart where you can continue with your order.
