• 24 HERSHEY'S KISSES Brand Milk Chocolate and/or HERSHEY'S KISSES Brand Dark Chocolate filled Mint Truffle Candies
  • 24 square wonton wrappers
  • 1 large egg , lightly beaten
  • 2-1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  • 1. Put powdered sugar in a medium bowl.
  • 2. Heat the oil over medium high heat in a medium heavy pot or deep fryer.
  • 3. Brush the edges of each wonton wrapper with egg.
  • 4. Place unwrapped chocolate candy piece in the middle of each wrapper.
  • 5. Lift up the middle points of the two opposite sides so they meet. Squeeze lightly together at the top of the candy piece.
  • 6. Bring up the middle of the other two sides to close the wonton.
  • 7. Press the edges to firmly seal.
  • 8. When oil is hot, fry wontons, four at a time, until light golden brown and crisp, about two minutes, flipping occasionally.
  • 9. With a slotted spoon, transfer the wontons to the bowl of powdered sugar and toss to coat.
  • 10. Serve immediately.
