Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) HERSHEY'S Premier White Chips
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
  • 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S SPECIAL DARK Cocoa
  • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Directions

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch square baking pan.
  • 2. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, cocoa and orange peel in medium bowl. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, water and white chips until well blended; spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
  • 3. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Makes 16 brownies.
