Yes, admission into HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE WORLD and Hershey’s Chocolate Tour is FREE. All other attractions within the facility require a ticket. Please see the central ticketing counter for single and adventure bundle tickets or view our Ways To Save page.
Typically, Saturdays are the busiest days at HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD. If you have flexibility in your travels plans, please consider visiting on a weekday.
Unfortunately, attraction tickets are issued for specific days and times.
Strollers are permitted inside HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD. However, to experience any of the shows or rides, your stroller must be parked outside in our covered Stroller Parking Area. Guests wishing to rent a stroller can do so inside the main entrance to Hersheypark (during Hersheypark hours of operation).

Yes, guests who stay at The Official Resorts of Hersheypark may enjoy free shuttle service to HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD every day it's open. The shuttles run approximately every 1/2 hour depending on traffic. LEARN MORE
For the convenience of those visitors who own electrical vehicles, there are 4 charging stations located in the HERSHEY’S CHOCOLATE WORLD parking lot beneath the solar canopy denoted by the green lines. Currently, charging cost is free.
Yes, credit cards may be used to purchase admission tickets, merchandise and food. We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
Yes. We’re happy to be offering Hershey’s collaboration with Yuengling & Son: Yuengling Hershey’s Chocolate Porter. This collaboration gives our guests the opportunity to savor this unique beer from America’s oldest brewery and America’s most beloved chocolate brand. This seasonal beer is available from October through February. All guests wishing to purchase alcohol must be 21 years or older and will be required to show photo ID. Acceptable IDs include driver’s licenses and passports. All adult beverages must be consumed with a meal in accordance with Pennsylvania’s official COVID-19 guidance. Only one drink may be purchased at a time and must be consumed in the Food Hall. We also sell six packs to go. Alcohol service will start at 11:30 am and end one hour before closing. Enjoy responsibly.
