Easy Chocolate Frozen Mousse

Things You'll Need
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa or HERSHEY'S Dutch Processed Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (1/2 pt.)cold whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S MINI CHIPS Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips(optional)
  • 6 maraschino cherries or HERSHEY'S MINI CHIPS Semi-Sweet Chocolate (optional)
How to Make

    1. Place marshmallows, milk and cocoa in medium saucepan. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly with whisk, until marshmallows are melted; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour into medium bowl; cool completely.

    2. Beat whipping cream and powdered sugar in small bowl until stiff; fold into cooled chocolate mixture. Fold in small chocolate chips, if desired; spoon into dessert dishes.

    3. Cover; freeze several hours or until firm. Serve frozen; garnish as desired. 6 servings.
