Recipe is sooo easy and yummy! I love the hint of mint but my husband does not. I leave some plain and we are both happy. Also, I LOVE how festive they are. I made them for a Christmas cookie swap. Can't wait to see what everyone thinks!

These cookies have become a tradition in our house at Christmas time. They add variety since so many recipes use semi-sweet or milk chocolate, the mint is a nice change. DO NOT store these with other cookies to avoid the mint permeating them. Great cookie!

Not a big mint fan so I replaced the Mint Kisses with Milk Chocolate and they were great and even better when I tried a few with the Cherry Cordial Kisses. This is our third Christmas making them.
