  • 2 cans (20 oz. each) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 6 eggs , beaten
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter , melted
  • 28 slices (1 lb. 7 oz) white bread , torn into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup HEATH BITS 'O BRICKLE Toffee Bits, divided

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Butter 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  • 2. Mix together pineapple, sugar, eggs and butter in large bowl with wire whisk. Stir in bread cubes, coating completely. Stir in 1/4 cup toffee bits. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup toffee bits over surface.
  • 3. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm. 24 (1/2 cup) servings.
