Simply AWESOME. Our families absolute favorite. Requires a little patience because of the downtime, but well worth it.

Oh my goodness are these good. If there is choc. and mint I am there. And these are just to die for. I put some in the freezer and they are perfect when you want to be a little naughty on your diet :)

The brownie part came out dry with not much flavor. It should have called for a teaspoon of vanilla. The cream center and glaze were good, and everything tasted good together. If I make these again, I'll use a different recipe for the brownie part.

My mother has been making these since I was a child. Her recipe was taken from a magazine and is now yellowed and discolored from age. I would love to know what magazine this recipe was first published to know how long my mother has been making Hershey's Chocolate Mint Dessert.

Made this several years ago for a party and they were gone in minutes. Each year after, my daughter asks for her Mint Dessert - probably her most favorite dessert of all. Now as she prepares to get married, this recipe will be one I put in the book for her.
