I'm a student and didn't want to spend a fortune on pecans so used mini marshmallows instead and it worked out excellent! All of my roommates loved them, for sure they didn't last long around here. Definitely making these again.

Well i was a bit hesitant with trying this recipe because there was no review on it, but Im SO glad I did. I'm making this for a cookie exchange, and a brought a test batch to work (I work in a fine dining restaurant) and everyone LOVED them!! in fact, my hubby was super mad that I even brought the to work, he loved them so much. I did only cook it for 22 mins (thats when it was golden brown) and after that when I added the chocolates on top i turned the oven off and placed it back inside for 3 mins so they melted properly. This recipe is fantastic!!, and Ill defiantly use it again.
