KIT KAT Monster Suckers Recipe

Things You'll Need

  • 25 KIT KAT Wafer Bars, any color
  • 12 oz bag HERSHEY'S Premier White Chips
  • Orange and white icing in tubes
  • Small round and star decorating tips
  • Black decorating gel
  • Green food coloring
  • Pink sugar sprinkles
  • 1/4" oval glaze brush
  • Small knife
  • Waxed paper
  • 24 4" Lollipop sticks

How to Make

  • 1. Unwrap KIT KAT Wafer Bars and lay onto waxed paper.
  • 2. Separate one of the four KIT KAT Wafer Bar sections from each bar, and set it aside. The three attached pieces will serve as your monster’s head, while the detached piece will be used for the nose and bolts.
  • 3. Using a small knife, cut a triangle off each side of the top of head.
  • 4. Cut the single KIT KAT Wafer Bar section into three equal pieces for the nose and bolts.
  • 5. Place lollipop stick in a groove on the back of the KIT KAT Wafer Bar.
  • 6. Melt HERSHEY'S Premier White Chips in the microwave a few seconds at a time. Stir and repeat as needed until smooth.
  • 7. Add a small amount of green food coloring to the melted chocolate and stir. Be careful: too much color will harden the chips
  • 8. Adhere the lollipop stick by brushing melted chocolate under and on top. Allow to cool before decorating the front of your monster.
  • 9. Use brush to apply melted chocolate and use to attach nose and bolts to your monster’s head. Allow to set.
  • 10. Use brush to apply melted chocolate. Cover the entire head.
  • 11. Quickly sprinkle pink sugar over cheeks. Allow to cool.
  • 12. Use orange icing and star decorating tip to create orange hair.
  • 13. Use black decorating gel to create the circle for the pupils, bolts and smile line.
  • 14. Lay flat and keep refrigerated until ready to enjoy.
