Cocoa Cappuccino Mousse

Things You'll Need
  • 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 teaspoons powdered instant coffee or espresso, dissolved in 2 teaspoons hot water
  • 2 cups (1 pt.) cold whipping cream
How to Make
  • 1

    1. Combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, butter and coffee in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until butter melts and mixture is smooth. Remove from heat; cool.

    2. Beat whipping cream in large bowl until stiff. Gradually fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream. Spoon into dessert dishes. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours. Garnish as desired. 8 servings.

    This recipe was so easy to make and so, so yummy! I'm not a huge coffe fan, but I found that you couldn't really taste the coffee flavor at all.

    This recipe is definitely a keepr - easy to make and absolutely delicious. I've made this recipe several times and everyone loves it. I used this recipe to make a dessert shooter by layering a creme filled chocolate sandwich cookie crust, then the mousse, whipping cream and crumbs of cookie crust on top and it makes a beautiful dessert.
